Our impact
Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition
The Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition is a membership body representing over 400 organisations working to improve the mental health of babies, children and young people.
What it does
The Coalition brings together organisations from across the children and young people’s mental health sector to provide a collective voice on policy and system reform. It works with its members to influence government, raise awareness, and shape policy on the mental health needs of babies, children and young people.
What we fund
We have supported the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition, alongside partners including the Centre for Mental Health, the Centre for Young Lives, and YoungMinds, to deliver the Future Minds campaign – calling for greater policy prioritisation of youth mental health and setting out evidence‑informed solutions for system reform. We also co‑fund a public affairs role at the Coalition to strengthen the sector’s collective influencing capacity.
With support from the Prudence Trust, we’ve been able to strengthen our collective voice across the children and young people’s mental health sector, ensuring that the needs of young people are firmly on the policy agenda at this critical time.
