Dose of Nature aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of individuals through increased engagement with the natural world.
What we fund
We are enabling more young people to take part in Dose of Nature’s Prescription Programme which includes psychological support, weekly walks with a guide and nature-based group activities.
Why we work with them
There is a lot of evidence around the mental health benefits of engaging with nature but there is not enough evidence relating to young people. We are excited to support this project as it aims to fill that gap.
